Shipping Policy

Maximum BMX offers shipping through Fedex and USPS to all contiguous US. No International orders will be accepted due to the high cost of shipping and handling fees. It is our intent to work with all customers and fill the order if possible.

Free Shipping Policy

On all orders over $75 (Minimum dollar value subject to change at any time)

  • Free Shipping Orders may not ship the same day they are placed.
  • Orders that have Backordered items will ship together with items in stock.
  • MaximumBMX reserves the right to ship complete or partial orders with this program.
  • Valid in the U.S. Only (48 contiguous States)
  • Physical Address is required. Shipments to PO Box or Rural Routes are not permitted.
  • *Minimum Dollar value of $100 in Merchandise after any discounts or promos applied.
  • Excludes custom wheels, shipping, tax, COD's, and previous purchases.

Shipping Damage If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify the shipping company and/or driver of the shipping company for insurance purposes as quickly as possible. The receiving customer will need to file a freight claim with the freight company. Maximum BMX is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during the shipping process. Please direct an email to help@maximumbmx.com if you receive a damaged shipment, stating what has happened, and Maximum BMX will do everything in its power to help remedy the situation.

Returns & Exchanges:

All defective products will be accepted for return with prior approval. Please send an email to help@maximumbmx.com or call 317-462-6008 for return authorization. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase within 30 days of receipt you may return the NEW, UNOPENED, UNUSED or UNINSTALLED item (some restrictions apply) for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Some return items may need return shipment directly to the manufacturer and prior notice on all returns should be sent to help@maximumbmx.com.

Ordering

Immediately upon completing an online order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once shipped, you will also receive an email showing your delivery confirmation or tracking number and the exact shipping date. Be sure to provide us with an accurate email address so you can receive these notifications.

Customer Payments:

Maximum BMX accepts all major credit cards. A phone or fax order may be made with a personal check, but orders will not be shipped until the payment has cleared. All returned checks will be subject to a return check service charge of $30.00 or maximum permitted by law.

Why should I sign in with my Amazon Account on MaximumBMX?

You will have one less password to remember when you use your existing Amazon user name and password to sign in to a third-party site using Login with Amazon. We will also sign you into Amazon Payments so that you can access your payment and shipping information to securely complete a purchase. If you do not have an Amazon Payments account, we will create one for you using the information we have from your Amazon account.

Updating Account Information

Once you have registered on our website through Amazon, your billing and shipping information is available to view and edit once you login here. You may also see your order history, and quickly create a new order from previous orders. If you do not remember your login information, you may request that the information be emailed to you from the shopping cart.

Customer Privacy:

All information obtained by Maximum BMX during the order process will be used exclusively to fulfill Internet, phone and fax orders. Email addresses will be used to verify order information, order confirmation, and/or back order responses. Email addresses may also be used by Maximum BMX to facilitate merchandise specials and product promotion
